Coaching for Virtual Assistants
After 15 years
in Corporate America and eight years (and counting) as a full-time Virtual
Assistant, I have learned one very valuable lesson:
I can't do everything on my own!
I don't care how organized, intelligent or
well-educated you are, everyone needs a helping hand at some point during the
game of business. There is no
shame in your game when you seek the advice and guidance of others. In fact,
not seeking guidance can be detrimental to you and your business.
I'm pleased
to announce the Davis Virtual Assistants Virtual Assistant Coaching programs,
designed exclusively for women and men who:
- Want to launch
a Virtual Assistance practice
- Have been
in the VA industry and need coaching and mentoring to move
their practice forward and play a bigger game
I have seen
the value of working with a coach, and have done so for several years.
My working relationship
with my coach
is one of partnership and trust,
and I know I would not be as successful as I am today if it weren't for
this very special partnership.
DavisVA's
Virtual Assistant Coaching for individual clients is offered as two separate
programs:
VA Coaching: Business (VACB): A Virtual Assistant coaching
program recommended for VAs who have been in practice for at least one year,
and who need guidance
in moving their practice to the next level. The VA client chooses the number
of days each month s/he wants to be coached, and is only billed for that time.
The VACB program allows the established VA to define the topics which are discussed
during each coaching session.
VA Coaching: Start-up (VACS): A
coaching program targeted to and recommended for entrepreneurially-minded women
and men who want to launch their first
Virtual Assistance practice.
The VACS program offers specific coaching modules, including:
- Attracting
and Acquiring New Clients
- Working
the Web
- Role-playing
Exercises
- RFP (Request for Proposal) Responses
- Phone
Phobia
- Closing the Deal
- Networking
The
initial VACS session, "Is the Virtual Assistance industry a good
fit for me?" is a complimentary 30-minute session for all
new clients of the VACS program.
In addition, I've relaunched my Virtual
Assistant Mastermind (VAMM) group coaching program. VAMM
is conducted twice each year, and each session is six months
in duration. Group coaching may be a better fit to accommodate
your budget. In addition, most of the Mastermind group
activities are conducted via the Members Only forum. Click
here for more information on group
coaching for virtual assistants.
I waited a long time before I made these coaching
programs available, because I wanted to ensure the services I
offer are the very best. In addition, I wanted
DavisVA's coaching programs not only to reflect what I've
learned in business, but also to be relevant to today's professional
Virtual Assistant.
Working with a coach is one of the most important and
powerful relationships you'll nurture, and as with any partnership, it's
important to ensure
both parties are a good fit. If you're seeking a "wallflower" coach,
you and I are not a good fit. My coaching style is honest, but
not confrontational; bold, but not over the top. I am your partner,
your
confidant and your most
excited and dedicated supporter! I will challenge you and together,
we'll work to achieve the goals and dreams you have for your
practice.
The next step on your journey
is up to you. Contact the VA coach today,
and let's discuss DavisVA's coaching programs for Virtual Assistants!
