CRM

Prospects and phone calls and messages … oh my! (Can ya tell I’m from Kansas?) The minutiae that we call our Business Lives must be organized, and not on sticky notes. More important, the details need to be freed from our brains and into a system which we, and of course our Virtual Assistant, can access and do so preferably via the web.

CRM, or Client Relationship Management, is just that: A management system to manage your clients, plus those prospects you convert. It’s not rocket science, so all my Guppies out there need to let go of the notion that CRM is difficult to use and understand! Gone are the days of the multi-tabbed spreadsheet with its columns and colors. Gone are the days of sticky notes plastering your walls with client information. And gone are the days of you not being able to remember the last time you called a prospect.

Here’s the link to the CRM system which has won my heart. Unlimited databases which you can fully customize to your suit your needs, e-mail notification when someone completes the Contact Us form on my website, plus HTML-ready web forms and e-mail and fax campaigns. CRM is my addiction, and you do need to jump off the diving board and join the rest of us Killer Sharks in the deep end of the CRM pool.

It comes down to this: You can either adopt and embrace your own CRM system, or become a business statistic. Call the ball and let me know what you decide to do.
